Start/Ziel: Bad Oeynhausen, OT Eidinghausen, Föhrenweg/Ecke Am Lohpohl Die Tour hat einen hohen Asphaltanteil. Nicht unbedingt etwas für "echte" Mountainbiker! Zunächst geht es auf Asphalt langsam ansteigend in Richtung Oberbecksen. Durch ein kurzes Waldstück in Richtung Vlotho vorbei an der Burg Vlotho (hier könnte man schon die erste Pause einlegen). Über die Weserbrücke in Vlotho geht es weiter in Richtung Buhn. Parallel zur Weser folgt man dem Trail zum Kraftwerk in Möllbergen. Weiter auf Asphalt auf dem Europaradweg nach Veltheim, über Eisbergen in Richtung Kleinenbremen. Man folgt dem Kammweg des Wiehengebirges nach Porta Westfalica. In Porta Westfalica angekommen geht es über die Treppen (Tragestück oder für mutige Downhiller) in Richtung Weserbrücke. Es folgt der Asphaltaufstieg zum Kaiser-Wilhelm-Denkmal. Weiter über den Kammweg des Wiehengebirges geht es zu einem Ausflugslokal direkt am Weg. Kurz danach folgt ein Downhill wieder zurück zu Start/Ziel. Viel Spaß!

Start / Finish: Bad Oeynhausen, OT Eidinghausen, Föhrenweg / corner on Lohpohl The Tour has a high asphaltene content. Not necessarily something for quot &, genuine & quot; Mountain Biker! First, it is slowly rising on asphalt towards Oberbecksen. Through a short wooded area towards Vlotho past the castle Vlotho (here one can safely insert the first break). About the Weser bridge in Vlotho it continues towards Buhn. Parallel to the Weser, follow the trail to the power plant in Möllbergen. Next on asphalt on the bike path to Europe Veltheim, about icebergs towards Kleinenbremen. Follow the ridge trail of the Wiehengebirge by Porta Westfalica. Once in Porta Westfalica it goes over the stairs (carrying piece or bold downhill) towards the Weser bridge. It follows the asphalt climb to the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Memorial. It goes over the ridge path of the Wiehengebirge to a tourist restaurant right on the way. A short downhill followed back to the start / finish. Have fun!
