Start ist in Arco am Parkplatz bei der Sarcabrücke. Von dort durch den Ort bis nach "Varignano". Hier beginnt der Aufstieg nach "San Giovanni al Monte" (Asphalt und Autoverkehr). Aufstieg geht 10 km lang und 900 hm hoch bis in den Ort., der auf 1057 m liegt. Weiter durch den Ort bis zum Abzweig auf Schottersträßchen auf den WW 408. Am "Campo Forestiale" (Forsthaus) rechts vorbei und weiter auf dem Hauptweg bis ca. 500 m vor der Alm "Malga Val Bona". Dort auf ca. 1340 m Höhe bei einer Flachpassage scharf links auf einen kleinen Weg. Dieser kleine Trail wird später wieder zu einem größeren Weg, welcher bei "Marciare" auf den Radweg nach "Gorghi" und "Treni" führt. Dieser verläuft auf einem Grasrücken mit traumhaften Ausblicken auf die Gletscher des Alpenhauptkammes. Diesem folgen bis zum Aussichtspunkt "Croce di Bondinga" (Superblick auf den Lago). Ca. 50 m vor dem "Croce" geht rechts der Weg weiter nach "Calvola". (Achtung direkt rechts naben dem Kreuz gibt es einen sehr verblockten und sehr schweren Trail ins "Val di Tovo"). Unsere Tour führt uns bei "Rancion" (ca. 840 hm) unscheinbar (auf der Mauer ist ein kleines Steinmännchen) scharf links an einer Steinmauer entlang auf den, laut Moser "einfachen und genussvollen", Trail (würde ihn eher als mittel und doch ziemlich anstrengenden Trail - zumindest für Hardtailer - bezeichnen!). An dessen Ende Prachtvolles Panorama über "Riva del Garda" und den Lago. Von dort über die Weinberge und "Tenno" zurück nach Arco.
