Un giro molto bello intorno allo Sciliar e Catinaccio. Impegnativo dal punto di vista fisico ma tecnicamente facile e interamente pedalabile. Il giro parto da Fiè allo Sciliar in senso antiorario ma puo essere intrapreso anche da altri luoghi sul tracciato. Dalla fermata degli Autobus prendo direzione Umes, passato il villaggio seguo la str. forestale Nr. 0 per Schönblick dove seguo un facile single trail fino a Völsegg e scendo su una str. forestale appena asfaltata a Tires. Dopo il paese scendo ancora un po per salire poi su str. sterrata fino al passo Nigra. Sulla str. Prov. fino al passo Carezza scendo su una str. sterrata fino a Moena. Da Moena cerco di seguire la ciclabile fino a Campitello. Attraverso la val Duron ( 1/3 e 3/3 molto impegnativo ) arrivo al Alpe di Siusi da dove scendo sulla str. asfaltata.
Si può fare il giro anche in senso orario e prendere a Siusi la cabinovia (ca. 11,00 Euro ) per l´Alpe, seguendo il tracciato che ho inserito qui,, in senso antiorario fino Campitello si risparmia un bel po di altimetri.

A very nice ride around Schlern and Rosengarten. Challenging from a physical point of view but technically easy and entirely pedaled. The tour start from Völs counterclockwise but it can also be taken from other places on the track. From the bus station take Bus Umes direction, past the village follow the str. Forest Nr. 0 for Schönblick where I follow an easy single trail up to Völsegg and get down on one str. forest just paved Tires. After the country go down a little more to go on then str. dirt road to the pass Nigra. On the str. Prov. to step Carezza get down on one str. gravel up to Moena. From Moena I try to follow the path up to Campitello. Through the Val Duron (3.1 and 3.3 very challenging) arriving at Alpe di Siusi where I get off on str. paved.
You can go around in a clockwise direction and take the cable car to Siusi (ca. 11,00 Euro) for the Alpe, following the path that I entered here ,, counterclockwise until Campitello it saves a lot of altimeters.
