Start in Sauerbrunn, Sauerbründl Strecke, im Verlauf Rosalia Strecke, Buma Bia entgegen der üblichen Richtung, weiters über wurzeligen steilen Waldweg in Richtung Sender Forchtenstein, kurzes asphaltiertes Verbindungsstück auf der Bundesstraße zur Esterhazy Strecke - komplette Runde - und zurück am gleichen Weg nach Sauerbrunn. Komplett frei gegebene Strecke, ca 1 Stunde durchgehend im Wald von Sauerbrunn aus, wenig los. Am ersten Teilstück drei steilere Abschnitte für Normalbürger eher am Limit für die Lunge und das Fahrkönnen.
