Von Gersheim Richtung Böckweiler und über die Höhen wieder zurück Die Tour fängt gemütlich auf dem Bliestal-Freizeitweg an (asphaltierte ehemalige Bahnstrecke) und führt dann teilweise über einen Panorama-Weg mit sehr schönen Aussichten und folgt dabei auch dem Jakobsweg. Wenn man konditionell noch nicht so gut drauf ist, sollte man eventuell schon vor dem Jakobsweg anfangen zu beten - vielleicht hilft das bei dem doch heftigen Aufstieg über knapp 200 Höhenmeter aus dem Bliestal an dem Kirchheimer Hof vorbei zum Kahlenberg ;-) Die Strecke folgt von Niedergailbach zum Bliestal-Freizeitweg einem ausgewiesenen Fahradweg, der auf einem kurzen Stück Single-Trail-Charakter hat (Achtung: mit Treppenstufen). Ansonsten sind die Feld- und Waldwege überwiegend gut ausgebaut.
