Ziel der Tour ist es, immer den Flussläufen der Schwippe, der Würm und der Enz bis zur S-Bahn Station Bietigheim-Bissingen zu fahren. Die Strecke ist auch mit einem Trecking-Fahrrad (bis auf Ausnahmen einfach) zu befahren. Die Strecke geht fast immer über geschotterte oder geteerte Wirtschaftswege. In Sindelfingen wird der Schwippe durch den Auslauf des Klärwerks Sindelfingen/Böblingen viel Wasser zugeführt. In den Sommermonaten ist das Abwasser 6-8 mal mehr als das Wasser der Schwippe www.um.baden-wuerttemberg.de/servlet/is/38942. In Grafenau mündet die Schwippe in die Würm. Die Würm selbst kommt aus dem Schönbuch über Aidlingen, Ehningen und von Hildrizhausen / Altdorf her. Die Strecke folgt im allgemeinen dem Würmtalradweg www.marktplatz-nsw.de/beitraege/1909/17240 oder www.lra-bb.kdrs.de/servlet/PB/menu/1237221_l1/index.html Hinter Hausen muss die Würm ab und zu verlassen werden, es geht aus dem Tal heraus nach oben auf die Felder. Zwischendrin geht es ziemlich steil nach oben (z. B. in Würm). Nach Würm wird der Strecke des Bike-Crossinge im Schwarzwald gefolgt www.bike-crossing-schwarzwald.info Anschließend geht es leicht bergab nach Pforzheim. Ein kleiner Abstecher Richtung Süden führt zur Mündung der Würm in die Enz. Ab dann wird dem Enztalradweg gefolgt www.enztalradweg.de In Mühlacker wird der Enztalradweg kurz verlassen und zwei Bögen der Enz werden ausgelassen. Vermutlich ist aber die Strecke an der Enz selbst schöner. In Vaihingen sollte nicht versucht werden, der Enz zu folgen. Es scheint besser zu sein, durch die Innenstadt zu fahren und erst hinter Vaihingen wieder auf die Entz zu stossen.
