Feglino- Orco - Boragni - Cà du Puncin - Arma - Bric dei Crovi -DH uomini
Dal cimitero di Orco si imbocca la sterrata che scende lungo la bellisima valletta che porta alla grotta della Strapatente sino a scendere a Boragni. Si risale duramente a borgata Rocca e si pecorre il bellissimo singletrack della Superenduro 09 passando per Cà du Puncin e poi si si scende al ponte romano dove si svlta a sinistra salendo con percorso tecnico alla grotta dell'Arma. Per sterrate si arriva alla provinciale che attraversa le Manie e si svolta a sx per Ca' Ferrin. Si imbocca la sterrata che porta la faro di Nolo e poi si segue il singletrack della 24 h che sale a Bric dei Crovi. Si scende seguendo il toboga della 24 h e si sontinua sul sentiero xx . Non resta che scendere dritti seguendo il crinale per la massima pendenza ( Dh uomini), all'inizio poco pendente con salti, poi sempre più ripido con gradoni di roccia e brecciolino!! L'ultimo tratto e' tecnico ma più compatto sino ad arrivare alla chiesetta di Varigotti. Su asfalto si ritorna a Feglino

From the cemetery of Orco take dirt road that descends along the beautifull valley that leads to the cave of Strapatente up to get off at Boragni. It goes hard at the township Rocca and pecorre the beautiful singletrack Superenduro of 09 passing for Cà du Puncin and then you go down to the Roman bridge where you svlta left up with technical route to the cave of the weapon. To get to the unpaved road that crosses the Mania and turn left to Ca 'Ferrin. Take the dirt road that leads to the lighthouse Nolo and then follow the singletrack that climbs to the 24 h of Bric Crovi. You go down the slide of the following 24 h and sontinua on the path xx. You just have to get off straight along the ridge to the maximum slope (Dh men), beginning shortly pendant with jumps, then more steeply terraced with rock and gravel !! The last stretch and 'technical but more compact until you reach the church of Varigotti. On asphalt you return to Feglino
