Aussichtsreiche Tour zwischen Oberem Filstal und den Nordhängen der Alb mit Singletrack-Abfahrten vom Fuchseck, Wasserberg als Highlight für Downhillfans, Überquerung des Burren mit Rundblick und Abfahrt über Spitzenbergtrail nach Kuchen. Wegbeschreibung: Vom Ausgangspunkt überquert man zunächst die B466 und folgt dieser auf dem Radweg nach rechts, in Richtung Bad Überkingen. Dort angekommen fährt man links ortseinwärts. In der Ortsmitte folgt man dem Radwegweiser nach rechts und gelangt nach einer Brücke links auf den Radweg, der auf einer ehemaligen Eisenbahntrasse verläuft und uns über Hausen nach Reichenbach bringt, wo es vor Erreichen der Zufahrtsstraße nach rechts zum Ortsanfang geht. Dort fährt man links hoch in die Fabrikstraße und verläßt den Ort gleich wieder auf dem steil bergauf führenden Asphaltweg, an dessen Ende geht es rechts und nach kurzer Bergabfahrt wieder links. Diesem Weg folgt man bis zum Ende, wo es dann links gleich über eine Wiese bergauf in den Wald geht. Dort kommt man gleich auf einen Schotterweg, dem man nach rechts folgt. Nun hält man sich bei der Weiterfahrt stets links im Wald. Der Schotterweg führt nach einiger Zeit in einen breiten Erdweg, der zunächst leicht bergauf geht und bald wieder zu einem Schotterweg wird. Nun kommt man in eine Kehre unterhalb des Fuchsecks, in der es links bergauf geht. Auf diesem Weg bleibt man nun sich stets links haltend. Bevor man die Autostraße, die von Bad Ditzenbach nach Gammelshausen führt, erreicht, biegt man links auf den länger bergauf führenden Weg ab. Nach einer Linkskehre kommt man an einem Steinbruch vorbei. Danach geht der Weg in einen breiten Erdweg über. Man hält sich nun stets links auf dem Hauptweg. Nach der letzten Steigung geht es aus dem Wald hinaus, wo man die erste Möglichkeit, nach links abzuzweigen, auslässt. Nun führt ein weiterer Weg in einem spitzen Winkel nach links, dem man zunächst einige hundert Meter geradeaus folgt. Von diesem führt ein zunächst breiter Erdweg nach rechts, wo man gleich den Aussichtspunkt auf dem Fuchseck sehen wird. Dort beginnt rechts der erste Abschnitt der Abfahrt auf dem Singletrack. Man lässt den Weg nach links liegen und fährt rechts kurz bergauf. Dann geht es wieder bergab einen breiten Weg querend, am Steilhang entlang. Nach der ersten Linkskehre muß man das Rad kurz über Felsen bergab tragen, danach ist der Weg jedoch wieder gut fahrbar. Unten kommt man auf schon bekanntem Forstweg links wieder auf die Kehre zu, diesmal geht es geradeaus bergab. Nun fährt man auf der Straße zwischen Reichenbach und Schlat kurz rechts und verlässt diese gleich wieder zwischen Parkplatz und Bauernhof nach links, wo es nun stets geradeaus steil bergauf geht. Den nach links führenden Weg lässt man liegen. Weiter oben geht der Asphaltweg in einen Wanderweg mit Stufen über. Auf der Höhe angekommen führt geradeaus entweder ein Singletrack oder parallel dazu ein Forstweg zum Wasserberghaus, wo man links eine schöne Aussicht geniessen kann. Hier gibt es warme Mahlzeiten, bitte jedoch vorher Öffnungszeiten erfragen. Geradeaus weiter beginnt die etwas längere Abfahrt auf einem Wanderweg, der über viele Stufen in den Schlater Wald führt. Nach den ersten Kehren kommt eine flache Gerade über einige Stufen, am besten Bremsen auf und am Ende links über den quer liegenden Balken fahren, dann über das Steilstück bergab. Einen nach links führenden Singletrack liegen lassen und auf dem mit Querbalken versehenen Weg weiter bergab fahren. Den Forstweg überquert man und man kommt auf zunächst etwas matschigem Singletrack geradeaus weiter bergab. Nach einem kurzen Steilstück überqueren wir einen weiteren Schotterweg und fahren auf schmalem Weg weiter, dieser wird bald sehr steil und man sollte langsam fahren, um beim ersten Mal die Ideallinie zu finden. Man fährt unten auf einem Forstweg nur kurz links, dann geht rechts der Singletrack weiter, man kommt links an einem See vorbei und biegt gleich rechts auf den breiten Forstweg ab, dem man zunächst einige hundert Meter folgt. Steil bergauf sieht man im spitzen Winkel rechts eine Abzweigung, dort geht es weiter, dann immer geradeaus, bis man oben angekommen, an Pferdeweiden vorbei zum kleinen Ort Grünenberg kommt. Auf Asphalt rollt man nach rechts leicht bergauf bis zum Wanderparkplatz, wo gegenüber ein Schotterweg links bergauf führt. Diesem folgt man zum Teil in Kurven immer bergauf, oben biegt man rechts nach einem Steinbruch auf eine Wiesenpfadspur ab, welche in einem Linksbogen bis zum Gipfel des von hier aus sichtbaren Hügels Burren führt. Nachdem man die Rundumsicht genossen hat, geht es geradeaus weiter über eine Steilabfahrt in Richtung der großen Wiese, an deren linkem Rand der Weg weiterführt. Am Ende fährt man geradeaus unter den Bäumen durch steil bergauf, sobald es wieder eben wird, zweigt man links ab in den steil bergauf führenden breiten Waldweg. Auf der Höhe angekommen kommt man wieder in einen Singletrack, wenn man sich eher links hält. Es geht nun länger am Steilabfall entlang, rechts abzweigende Wege lässt man liegen. An einem breiteren Erdweg angekommen, fährt man links, wo es nach wenigen Metern am Hang entlang bergab geht. Man kommt auf einen breiten Forstweg, dem man links und gleich geradeaus folgt. Bevor es etwas steiler bergab geht, biegt man nach rechts in einen kleinen Singletrack ein, der in mehreren Spitzkehren bergab am Hang des Spitzenbergs entlang führt. Danach fährt man geradeaus auf den Schotterweg, dem man nur kurz folgt bis nach einer leichten Kurve. Es geht dann gleich wieder auf einem Pfad scharf links bergab, kurz aus dem Wald hinaus und wieder hinein. Man überquert die links liegende kleine Wiese im Wald (links Holztreppen sichtbar) und fährt auf einen Forstweg hinab, dem man nur ganz kurz nach rechts folgt. Es führt gleich wieder links ein kleiner Singletrack in ein paar Kurven bergab, der bald wieder in einen breiteren Weg mündet. Dort fährt man links bis zum Asphaltweg und rollt nun rechts bergab, dann geradeaus an einer Mauer entlang. Den rechts bergauf führenden Weg lässt man liegen und kommt so bergab in die Ortschaft Kuchen. Es geht nun rechts in die Seetalbachstraße und gleich wieder links in die Lange Straße, der man bis zum Ende folgt. Dann fährt man links hinab zur B10, wo rechts ein Radweg Richtung Geislingen führt. Vor der JET-Tankstelle rechts in eine Nebenstraße abbiegen und nach der Linkskurve geradeaus die Oberböhringer Straße überqueren, in die Filsstraße. An der zweiten Einmündung nach rechts in die Staubstraße fahren und nun geht es immer geradeaus bis zum Ende der Straße, vorbei an der Michelsberghalle. Man fährt links und auf der Überkinger Straße (B466) rechts auf dem Radweg zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.

Promising tour between Upper Fils Valley and the northern slopes of the Alps with singletrack descents from Fuchseck, mountain water as a highlight for fans downhill, crossing the Burren with panoramic views and departure on peak mountain trail to cake. Directions: From the starting point we first crossed the B466 and follow this to the bike path to the right, towards Bad Ueberkingen. Once there, turn left into town. In the town center, follow the bike path sage to the right and, after a bridge, turn left onto the bike path that runs along a former railway line and brings us through Hausen to Reichenbach, where it goes right to the city limit before reaching the access road. There you turn left up in the factory road and leaves the place right back on the steep uphill asphalt road, at the end turn right and after a short downhill left again. Follow this road until the end, where it then goes straight uphill through a meadow in the woods on the left. There one comes right on a dirt road, which you follow to the right. Now you stick with the Continuation always left in the forest. The dirt road leads after some time in a wide dirt track, the first slightly uphill and soon returns to a dirt road. Now you get to a bend below the Fuchsecks where it goes left uphill. In this way, you now always remains left holding. Before you reach the highway that leads from Bad Ditzenbach after Gammelshausen, turn left on the long uphill road. After a left turn to get past a quarry. Then the trail goes into a wide dirt road. Keep to now always left on the main path. After the last climb it comes out of the forest, where the first option to divert to the left, skipping. Now another way at an acute angle leading to the left, the first one a few hundred meters straight follows. From this a first broad dirt road leads to the right where you will see the same vantage point on the Fuchseck. Turn right the first section of the descent begins on the single track. Allow the path to the left and take the right short uphill lie. Then it goes downhill again a broad road, crossing, on the steep slope along. After the first left turn you have to short the wheel carry over rocks downhill, but then the path is good again mobile. Below to get on already known forest left again on the turn, this time it goes straight downhill. Now we drive on the road between Reichenbach and Schlat short right and exits again between parking and farm to the left where it now always straight steep uphill. The left fork is allowed to lie. Further up the asphalt road turns into a trail with steps. On asphalt is rolled to the right slightly uphill to the trail parking lot, where over a dirt road leads uphill to the left. Follow this partly in curves uphill, above, turn right after a quarry on a meadow path track leading into a left curve to the summit of the hill visible from here Burren. After enjoying the panoramic view, continue straight over a steep descent toward the great meadow, continues on its left edge of the road. At the end, continue straight under the trees by steeply once it becomes flat again, you turn left into the steep uphill wide forest road. At the height reached to get back into a single track, when one considers more left. It is now longer on the steep drop along, right branching paths are allowed to lie. Cross the left-small lawn (visible on the left wooden stairs) in the forest and goes down on a forest path, which you very briefly follows to the right. It leads immediately left a small single track in a few curves downhill, which opens soon in a broader way. There you turn left up to the asphalt road and rolled downhill right now, then straight on along a wall. The right uphill path is allowed to lie and thus comes down to the village of cake. It's now right in the valley creek road and immediately turn left into Long Street, which you follow to the end. Then take a left down to B10, where a cycle path runs right direction Geislingen. Turn left before the JET petrol station turn right into a side street and after the left turn straight over the top Böhringer street, in the Filsstraße. Take the second junction turn right onto dirt road and now it goes straight to the end of the road, past the Michel Berg Hall. You drive on the left and on the Überkinger road (B466) right on the bike path back to the starting point.
