Dies ist ein kurzer XC-Feierabend-Trail mit hohem Spaß-Faktor, der bei trockener Wetterlage keine besonderen technischen Fähigkeiten erfordert. Es gibt aber ein paar unübersichtliche Stellen, es können Wanderer auftauchen und MTBler in Gegenrichtung -- also stets entprechend vorausschauend fahren. Gegen Ende nach der Abfahrt Richtung Golfplatz führt ein kleiner Weg nach rechts von der Straße ab, der leicht übersehen werden kann. Wem die 23km am Stück zu viel sind (*hust*), kann etwa auf halber Strecke bei Ober-Amshausen in einem Biergarten Halt machen. Offiziell ist das dann natürlich der Teutoburger Biathlon: MTB Fahren und Einarmiges Reißen.

This is a short XC-after-Trail with a high fun factor, which requires no special technical skills for dry weather. But there are a few blind spots, it may appear hikers and mountain bikers in the opposite direction - so always drive entprechend foresight. Towards the end after the departure towards the golf course leads from a small path to the right of the road, which can be easily overlooked. For Whom the 23km at a time are too much (* cough *), can make about halfway in upper Amshausen in a beer garden maintenance. Officially it is then of course the Teutoburg Biathlon: Bike ride and One-arm snatch.
