Die Tour beginnt am Sportplatz in Erda. Über Wald- und Forstwege mit kurzem Trail führt die Route zum Parkplatz Obermühle. Nun gehts durchweg steil bergauf bis zum Dünsbergplateau. Nach der meist erforderlichen Pause (der Weg ist teilweise brutal steil und nur von wenigen durgehend zu fahren) beginnt der Downhill über Forstwege wieder hinunter zur Obermühle. Die guten Downhiller fahren diesen Teil in umgekehrter Richtung. Vorbei an einer alten Jagdhütte, mit Hundefriedhof, die zum Rasten einlädt, führt die Tour vorbei an der Philipstanne wieder zurück zum Startpunkt.

The tour begins at the sports ground in Erda. On forest and forest roads with a short trail, the route to the parking lot Obermuhle. Now it works consistently steeply uphill to the Dünsbergplateau. After the break usually required (the path is partially brutally steep and only a few durgehend to drive) the downhill on forest roads starts back down to the upper mill. The good downhill ride this part in the reverse direction. Past an old hunting lodge, with dog cemetery, which invites us to rest, the tour takes you past the Philips fir back to the starting point.
