Lasciata la macchina nelle vicinanze del velodromo di Montichiari si prende alla prima rotonda a destra da dove inizia la traccia gps e seguendo la strada sterrata si raggiunge Esenta e subito dopo Castiglione delle Stiviere. Al cimitero si gira a sinistra e di nuovo si prosegue verso Fichetto, Fontane, le Grole e Barche passando per il bellissimo centro la “VALLETTA”. Iniziano una serie di sentieri che ci condurranno alla mitica rocca di Solferino. Si passa sotto l’arco della rocca, si scende sino al centro abitato e poi a sinistra per la strada di ritorno. Si pedalerà tra Staffolo e Astore sino alla rotonda tra Castiglione delle Stiviere e Desenzano in prossimità della discoteca “Dehor”. Alla fine della rotonda teniamo la destra e oltrepassiamo il poligono di tiro giungendo all’incrocio di Esenta. Si prosegue diritti seguendo la strada sterrato sino al Velodromo di Montichiari punto d’arrivo.

Leaving the car in the vicinity of the velodrome in Montichiari you take the first round to the right from where the gps track and follow the dirt road to reach Exempt and immediately after Castiglione delle Stiviere. At the cemetery, turn left again and continue towards Itchy, Fountains, the Grole and boats passing through the center of the beautiful "GLEN". Begin a series of paths that will lead us to the legendary fortress of Solferino. It passes under the arch of rock, go down up to the town and then left for the way back. We will cycle between Stafford and Astore to the round of Castiglione delle Stiviere and Desenzano near the disco "terrace". At the end of the roundabout keep right and go beyond the shooting range reaching the intersection of Esenta. Continue straight following the dirt road up to the Montichiari Velodrome point of arrival.
