Tag 3/3: Halbtagestour auf den Carosello 3000 und ins Valle delle Mine Intro Dieser Track ist ein Artefakt eines dreitägigen Kurzurlaubs des Team Radler im Sommer 2008. Für weitere Tagestouren ab Livigno bitte meine anderen Auktionen... ähm... Touren beachten und Porto sparen. Kurzer Abriss (Text-Quelle: http://www.altarezia.eu) Carosello 3000 heißt das große Skigebiet im Westen von Livigno, ein langgestreckter Bergrücken mit seiner höchsten Erhebung Lac Salin, der von Liften und Pisten durchzogen ist. Bis auf knapp 3000 Meter Höhe zieht sich eine lange Schotterstraße bergauf, die ehemals zum Seilbahnbau in den Hang gefräst wurde, daher durchweg sehr steil ist und oft aus dem Sattel zwingt. Knapp unter der Bergstation zweigt man schließlich ab, um jetzt einen klassischen Singletrail zu genießen. Dieser alte Bauernweg ist nicht speziell für Biker angelegt und weist daher eine ganze Reihe von kleinen Stufen und viele Felsbrocken auf, so dass man für die 510 Höhenmeter Singletrailabfahrt ein gutes Fahrkönnen braucht. An der Malga Federia stößt man auf die Schotterstraße, der man talauswärts bis Livigno folgt. Trail-Liebhaber mit guter Kondition werden den zweiten Teil dieser Tour besonders schätzen. Denn das Valle delle Mine verbindet traumhaftes Trailerlebnis mit fantastischem Panorama. Lockeres Gleiten mit zauberhaften Blicken über das Livignotal. Outro Kommentare sind ausdrücklich erwünscht.
