Leichte Tour mit einigen Anstiegen und schnellen Abfahrten. Vom Marktplatz in Arnstadt auf der Straße zur Alteburg, danach über Forststraßen und Waldwege nach Siegelbach. Auf der Abfahrt nach Siegelbach gibt´s eine Stelle mit Wurzeln, für geübte Biker aber kein Problem. Ab Siegelbach geht es wieder aufwärts mit einer Steigung um die 10 %. Nach der Hasselkoppe geht es schnell bergab und man erreicht Arnstadt über den Rabenhold. Eine schöne Tour wenn man nicht viel Zeit hat. Achtung! Die Abfahrt nach Siegelbach ist durch Forstarbeiten stark beschädigt aber noch befahrbar. Juli 2013

Easy hike with some climbs and fast descents. From the market square in Arnstadt on the road to the Old Castle, then through forest roads and forest paths after Siegelbach. On the descent to Siegelbach are & acute s a place with roots, for experienced bikers but no problem. From Siegelbach it comes up again with a slope of around 10%. After Hassel Koppe it goes fast downhill and can be reached via the Arnstadt Raven Hold. A nice tour if you have not much time. Watch out! The descent to Siegelbach is by forestry work severely damaged but still passable. July 2013
