los gehts ins lemsahl. wir tauchen kurz ins alstertal ab und dann gehts ab auf die trails des hainesch-iland. dann kommen die saselbektrails und über die volksdorfer trails gehts richtung bocksberg. über die bredenbeker teich trails gehts zum ahrensburger trail und dann weiter über die everglades richtung rauhe berge. nach einigens auf und abs gehts weiter richtungs ahrensburger schloss und dann weiter zum schüberg. über den brook gehts dann zur weissbier einkehr bei wilhelm. Prost! weiter gehts nach kayhude und dann den rader trail bis duvenstedt und dann durchs alstertal heim!

there you go into Lemsahl. we dive shortly from the alstertal and then off you go on the trails of the grove esch-iland. then come the saselbektrails bock and mountain trails go through the national dorfer direction. on the bredenbeker pond trails here for the ahrens burger trail and then continue on the everglades direction rough mountains. on after some assets and abs you continue directional ahrens burger castle and then on to Schüberg. then go to weissbier the guests at wilhelm over the brook. Bottom up! Next we go to Kayhude and then the rader trail to Duvenstedt and then home through alstertal!
