Vom Olympiastadion geht es eine extrem steile Rampe hoch Richtung Elmau, Ferchensee bis Mittenwald. Dort kann man sich in der Stadt schön stärken, bevor es dann über Scharnitz zum Aufstieg Richtung Karwendelhaus geht. Der Weg ist sehr gut Fahrbar und bis auf die letzten 3 km sehr flach, schön an einem Gebirgsbach entlang ( schön zu Baden bzw. zum Erfrischen). Nach ca. 50km und 1500Hm erreicht man dan das Karwendelhaus! Von dort geht es über einen grob-geschotterten Fahrweg ab in Richtung Hinterriss ( ca. 950Hm). Von dort geht es dann wieder über Forstwege auf 1400Hm zur Vesperalm, allerdings muß nach einem Aufstieg auf 1300Hm wieder abgefahren werden auf ca. 1000Hm um ein Gebirgsbach zu Überqueren, danach folgt der letzte steile Anstieg der Tour zur Vesperalm . Von dort geht es dann schön bergab Richtung Mittenwald-Krün. Dort fährt man dann am Barmsee vorbei Richtung Klais. Dort fährt die Tour die letzten 10Km leicht bergab auf dem Radweg neben der Bundesstraße direkt nach Garmisch zurück.

From the Olympic Stadium, it is an extremely steep ramp direction Elmau, Ferchensee to Mittenwald. There you nicely strengthen, before heading over to the rise direction Scharnitz Karwendelhaus in the city. The trail is very well Movable, except for the last 3 km & nbsp; very shallow, beautiful & nbsp; in a mountain stream along (nice to Baden or to refresh). After about 50km and 1500Hm you reach dan the Karwendelhaus! From there it goes through a coarse-gravel path in the direction of rear crack (about 950Hm). From there it goes again on trails to 1400Hm to Vesperalm must, however after a climb on 1300Hm again be traversed to about 1000Hm a mountain stream to cross, followed by the last steep climb of the Tour for Vesperalm & nbsp ;. From there it goes nice downhill towards Mittenwald-Krün. Once there, you drive past on Barmsee direction Klais. There, the tour travels the last 10Km downhill on the bike path next to the main road directly back to Garmisch.
