Sehr schöne Mittelgebirgstour. Führt von Bayreuther Stadtkern schnell hinauf zur historischen Eremitage. Von da an nur noch auf Traum Wegen großteils auf dem bekannten "Mittelweg". Dieser führt, gemischt auf Forstswegen oder aber auch auf Wanderwegen und schönen Singeltrails, bis auf den Ochsenkopf (1024Hm). Hier schöne Einkehrmöglichkeit, wer noch puste hat für den gehts erst einmal weiter auf schön verblockten Wegen schnell ins Tal. Keine Grande für die Wade! Jetzt gehts gleich wieder hinauf zum Seehaus (Fichtelgebirgshaus auf dem Schneeberg). Meiner Meinung nach ist dies die schönere Einkehrmöglichkeit. Prost! Nach einem kühlem Radler und einer schönen Brotzeit gehts dann weiter auf dem "Mittelweg" hinab ins Tal auf einem flotten Douwnhill Richtung Vordorf. Von nun an sehr gemütliche Tour mit nur noch kleineren Steigungen. Wir sind noch bis Schönlind bei Wunsiedel dem Mittelweg gefolgt. Wer noch Zeit und Ausdauer hat kann dem Mittelweg noch witer bis nach Hohenberg folgen. Wir aber sind dann auf bekannten Wegen nach Marktredwitz geradelt! Auch hier finden sich noch Einkehrmöglichkeiten für durstige :-) Von Marktredwitz bietet sich die Möglichkeit mit der DB wieder nach Bayreuth zurückzufahren.

Very nice mid-mountain tour. Lists of Bayreuth town center up quickly to the historic Hermitage. From then on, only to dreams Due largely to the well-known "middle way". This beautiful Refreshments, who has still blow for the go once more on beautifully interlocked ways quickly to the valley. No Grande for the calf! Here we go right back up to the lake house (Fichtel Mountain House on the snow mountain). In my opinion this is the nicer refreshments available. Bottom up! After a cool cyclist and a nice snack, we go further to the "middle way" down into the valley on a brisk Douwnhill direction Vordorf. From now on, very pleasant tour with only minor inclines. We are still followed the middle path to Schönlind in Wunsiedel. If you have time and endurance can still witer follow the middle path to reach Hohenberg. We are then cycled in known ways to Marktredwitz! Again, there are still Refreshments for thirsty:-) From Marktredwitz the possibility with the DB offers to travel back to Bayreuth.
