Packt eure Badesachen, jetzt geht´s ne Runde zum Freilinger See. (Badesee und Eifelcamp bei Freilingen) Start ist am tiefsten Punkt der Tour in Schuld/Ahr. Da die Tour ein Rundkurs ist, kann man die Tour an beliebiger Stelle starten. Schnell gelangt man ins Tal des Armutsbaches, die bis nach Lindweiler weitab vom Autoverkehr befahren wird. An der L115 bei Rohr wird der höchste Punkt der Tour erreicht, dann geht es bergab zum Freilinger See. Dort angekommen springt man ins kühle Nass oder legt sich einfach in die Sonne. Hat man genug davon, dann geht die Tour weiter Richtung Ahrtal. Bei Oberahreck erreicht man die ehemalige Bahntrasse der Ahrtalbahn im Ahrtal. Die ehemalige Bahnstrecke wurde größtenteils zum Ahrtalradweg umgebaut und verläuft von Blankenheim bis nach Remagen. Es gibt interessante Bauwerke entlang des Ahrradweges zu sehen, und zwar Stützmauern, Viadukte, Bahnhöfe usw. Am Ahrtalradweg gibt es jede Menge Rastmöglichkeiten und Campingplätze. Auf den letzten Kilometern der Tour zwischen Fuchshofen und Schuld fehlt jedoch ein Teil des Ahrtalradweges und wird über die L73 befahren. Wenn noch Kraft in den Beinen ist, kann die L73 auch über die unspektakuläre Singletrail umfahren werden. Ich habe noch einige Wegepunkte eingefügt, wo es tolle Aussichten gibt. Bitte nicht misstrauisch werden, wenn der Ahrtalradweg im Google Earth oder im GPS-Programm nicht zusehen ist. Dieser Ahrtalradweg wurde erst in diesem Jahrzehnt auf der ehemaligen Bahntrasse erbaut und eröffnet. Der Ahrtalradweg ist auf der gesamten Strecke ausgeschildert. Insgesamt verläuft die Tour über asphaltieren Wegen und befestigten Feldwegen. Der Ahrtalradweg ist eine Mischung aus asphaltierten Wegen und befestigte Schotterpisten. Viel Spaß!

Pack your bathing suit, Off we ne round to Freilingen lake. (Lake and Eifel Camp at Freilingen) start is at the lowest point of the tour in debt / Ahr. As the tour is a circuit that can start the tour at any point. Quick leads into the valley of the brook poverty, which is far traveled as far as Lindweiler from traffic. At the L115 at pipe the highest point of the tour is reached, then it goes downhill to Lake Freilingen. Once there, you jump into the cool water or just place in the sun. You have enough, then the tour continues towards the Ahr valley. In Oberahreck you reach the old railway embankment of Ahrtalbahn in the Ahr valley. The former railway line was largely rebuilt to Ahrtalradweg and runs from Blankenheim to Remagen. There are interesting buildings along the Ahrradweges to see, and although retaining walls, viaducts, stations, etc. On Ahrtalradweg there are plenty of rest stops and campgrounds. However, in the last kilometers of the Tour between Fuchshofen and guilt missing a part of the Ahr Valley cycle route is traveled over the L73. If there is strength in the legs, the L73 can be bypassed using the unspectacular single trail. I've added some waypoints, where there are great prospects. Please do not be suspicious if the Ahrtalradweg in Google Earth or in the GPS program is not watching. This Ahrtalradweg was only built in this decade on the former railway line and opened. The Ahrtalradweg is signposted along the entire route. Overall, the tour on asphalt roads and paved roads runs. The Ahrtalradweg is a mixture of paved pathways and paved gravel roads. Have fun!
