Die Tour beginnt bei der Landgaststätte Naafshäuschen. Parken kann man auf dem an der B 484 neben dem Naafshäuschen gelegenen Parkplatz. Wer mit dem Zug anreisen möchte nimmt die RB 25 von Köln HBF bis Honrath (Dauer ca. 30 Min.). Alternativ kann man dort auf dem P & R Parkplatz sein Auto parken und die Tour hier beginnen und beenden. Die Tour ist ganzjährig fahrbar. Sie geht entlang der AGGER und später durch das Kupfersiefertal sehr verkehrsarm über (teilweise asphaltierte) Wirtschaftswege und schmale Trails.
