Die Tour startet in Düsseldorf und führt auf dem schnellten weg ins Grüne ... vorbei am Unterbacher See bis zum Autobahnkreuz Hilden. Weiter geht es durch den Hildener Stadtwald bis Haan und durch das Ittertal über den Klingenpfad. Über die Gräfrather Heide geht es ein gutes Stück bergauf ... nach einer weile kommt man in das Friedenstal, von dort geht es durch den Wald mit ein paar guten Trails ... Halbzeit.... jetzt haben wir uns eine Tasse Kaffee und Stück Kuchen im Cafe Hubraum verdient .... Über die Kohlfurther Brücke vorbei an der Bergischen Museumsbahnen geht es weiter, dann geht es Links durch eine Unterführung auf einem weg bergauf dort müsst ihr gut aufpassen das ihr den einstieg findet. Er ist etwas zugewachsen und lässt sich auf den ersten Metern leider auch nicht gut befahren ... wird aber besser ... Jetzt kommen noch ein gutes Stück Waldweg bzw. Trails, bei km 35 fängt ein Trail an der wirklich tückisch ist, fahrt ihn bitte nur wenn ihr es euch wirklich zutraut (schaut ihn euch gegeben falls vorher an). Unten angekommen überquert ihr die Wupper und fahrt das Friedenstal wieder ein Stück hinauf (ca 300m) dann geht es Links in den Wald und folgt einem sehr schönen Trail direkt am Wupper Ufer. am ende heisst es nochmal Zähne zusammen beissen ... jetzt geht es noch mal gut 2km bergauf ... die mühe wird mit einem schönen Panoramablick über das Bergische Land belohnt. Ab jetzt kommt leider nur noch der Rückweg ... er geht weitest gehend über Landstrassen ... aber bergab, wer noch Kraftreserven hat kann sich dabei noch austoben .... ansonsten einfach bis nach Düsseldorf rollen ;) .... Continue through the town of Hilden forest to Haan and by the Ittertal on the blade path. About the Gräfrather heath it is a good bit uphill ... after a while you get into the Friedenstal, from there it goes through the forest with a few good trails ... half .... now we have a cup of coffee and piece of cake deserves Cafe Displacement .... About the Kohlfurther bridge over at UW museum railways it goes, then it goes left through an underpass on a hill away there you have to take good care that her boarding place. He is somewhat overgrown and unfortunately can not navigate well in the first meters ... but better now ... still a good forest road or trail, at km 35 captures Trail is really tricky, ride him come Please only if you really trusts you (looks at him you beforehand if appropriate to).
