Eine erste kleine Runde der Tittmoninger Bergbeisser im Odenwald, um das Terrain kennenzulernen. Die gesamte Tour ist hervorragend mit Wegweisern ausgeschildert, grüne Schilder: BR1 mit grünem Pfeil. Start direkt bei unserer Unterkunft Burghof Meisinger in Brombachtal (siehe Link, Heuhotel und Landgasthof im Burghof), nachdem es kurz zu regnen aufgehört hatte. Eine kurze Abfahrt und dann in stetigem Auf und Ab, durch Wälder, an netten Dörfchen vorbei, bis nach etwa 1/3 der Strecke wieder das Dorf Kirchbrombach beim Friedhof erreicht ist. Nun am Golfplatz vorbei und nach dem nächsten Anstieg (wir befanden uns kurzzeitig nicht auf der Originalroute) ein schöner Trail. Man kann sich treiben lassen, immer wieder schöne Waldwege, nur selten auf einer Teerstraße. Einen Schwenk vor Langenbrombach sollte man nicht auslassen. Er führt zu einer bemerkenswerten hohlen Eiche auf einer Anhöhe. Abfahrt nach Langenbrombach (Gasthaus zum Löwen), bis wieder hinter dem Feuerwehrhaus ein Wiesenanstieg beginnt. Ein letzter Schwenk und die Runde schließt mit einem Wiesentrail zum Endpunkt ab. Insgesamt eine Nette Runde, bei Nässe (so wie bei uns) sind die Trails etwas anspruchsvoller. Immer wieder schöne Ausblicke, der stetige Rhythmuswechsel ist ungewohnt und anstrengend. Man kann die Runde jederzeit abbrechen und sollte es zu stark regnen, zum Ausgangspunkt auf Teerstraße zurückfahren.

A first small round of Tittmoninger mountain loach in the Odenwald to know the terrain. The entire tour is excellent signposted with signs, green signs: BR1 with green arrow. Start directly at our hotel courtyard Meisinger in Brombachtal (see link Heuhotel and country inn in the courtyard), after it had stopped raining shortly. A short descent and then steady up and down, through forests, in the attractive village over until after about one third of the distance back the village Kirchbrombach is reached the cemetery. Now the past golf course and after the next rising (we not found ourselves briefly to the original route) a beautiful trail. You can drift, always beautiful woodland walks, rarely on a tarmac road. A pivot before long Brombach should not miss it. It leads to a remarkable hollow oak tree on a hill. Depart for Long Brombach (Gasthaus zum Löwen), to back behind the fire station a meadow rise begins. One last swing and the round ends with a meadow trail from the end point. Overall a Nice Round, when wet (like us) the trails are a little more demanding. Again and again, beautiful views, the steady rhythm of change is unusual and exhausting. You can cancel at any time and the round should it rain too much, return to the starting point on tar road.
