schöne Tour vorbei an der Sechs Seen Platte in Duisburg. Von dort aus geht es weiter in Richtung Mintard via Lintdorf und Breitscheid, bis ihr schließlich wieder Bissingheim erreicht. Die Tour ist komplett durch Wald und Wiese geführt, ohne anspruchsvolle Trails und Anstiege. Die meiste Zeit fahrt ihr auf geräumigen Waldwegen, sodass ihr die Tour auch mit einem Treckingrad problemlos fahren könnt.

nice tour past the Six Lakes in Duisburg. From there, continue towards Mintard via Lintdorf and Breitscheidstraße until you finally reached Bissingheim again. The tour is completely guided through forest and meadow, without challenging trails and climbs. Most of the time you ride, so you can drive easily with a spacious Treckingrad on Forest Roads Tour.
