Spettacolare giro con partenza da Canneto nota localita religiosa del basso Molise.Il giro parte dal distributore vicino canneto si prende la statale trignina in direzione Isernia subito dopo le due gallerie, si salta la carreggiata per prendere subito la mulattiera che sale ripida fino al paese san Gionanni pendenza max 27% ,ma sara una goduria al ritorno con curve a gomito.
arrivati al centro del paese si gira a sinistra a scendere e si esce fuori dal paese attenzione subito dopo la ultime case si devia a destra con e si scende in localita tre valli .arrivati in fondo sul torrente si attraversa e subito a destra come se volessimo risalire il torrente si sale sempre fino a raggiungere un lachetto che si costeggia e la mulattiera ci porta ci porta fino a Guardiabrunausciti. Usciti dal paese si va in direzione Torrebruna su asfalto ma dopo 1km circa si devia a sinistra direzzione montagna di Torrebruna e giundi alle antenne, dove si puo ammirare sia la valle del Trigno che la vallata di santa Barbara verso castiglione,si ridiscende in un singol trak dietro le antenne che ci riporta sulla stradina che ridiscende sino alla fontana centrale di Torrebruna.da qui si tornaa sangiovanni prima su asfalto e poi dopo il paese a destra su mulattiera e da sangiovanni ripercorrento la ripida discesa fino a canneto.
