Nachdem man die Runde um den Monte Rocca gefahren ist, kann man all die Eindrücke nur schwerlich wiedergeben. Hier erwartet den geübten Biker das ganze Spektrum des Mountainbikens. Los geht’s im nördlichen Livigno an der Kirche „La chiesa di S. Maria“. Auf dem Radweg rollt man kurz am Lago di Livigno ein, bevor der 136er den ersten Waldtrail anbietet. Perfekt zu fahren und lang genug, bevor die Auffahrt ins „Val Treila“ zum gleichnamigen Pass die Beine zum Glühen bringt, auch wenn sich hier die Bergwelt von ihrer schönsten Seite zeigt. Die rasante Trailabfahrt zum „Casine di Trela“ macht Lust auf mehr. Ein anstrengender Wiesenweg ist die Herausforderung, um zur „Bocchetta di Trela“ zu gelangen. Das 360-Grad-Panoram ist umwerfend. Bergab muss das Bike kurz darauf geschoben werden. Weiter auf einem Schotterweg in westlicher Richtung, bevor abrupt der Weg nach rechts oben verlassen wird. Eine kurze Schiebepassage und dann folgt ein schmaler einsamer Waldtrail, der sich ewig an der linken Hangseite erstreckt. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Hangseite kann man immer wieder die Passstraße sehen und hören. Oben am „Passo di Foscagno“ angekommen folgt man dem 129er, der sich parallel zur Passstraße windet und noch einmal eine rasante Trailfahrt gen „Passo d´Eira“ ermöglicht. Kurz vor seinem Ende kann man noch den Beginn der Runde, die Auffahrt des „Passo di Val Trela“ bestaunen. Die nun folgenden, fast 300 Höhenmeter, muss man sich aber auf fast 30 % Steigung hart erarbeiten, bevor man die Passhöhe erreicht. Ein kurzes Stück bergab und nun folgt das letzte Highlight – der Sturz hinab nach Livigno, immer der offiziellen Downhillstrecke des Bikeparks folgend. Hier kann man sich mit den eigenartigen vollgefederten Protektorenrittern messen. Die hier befahrene „blaue Route“ ist die leichtere Variante, macht aber ordentlich Spaß. Unten am Bikepark kann man in die ungläubigen Gesichter der Fullsuspensionfraktion blicken und genüsslich zum Startpunkt rollen.
