Questo itinerario propone un'abbinata di percorsi che si svolge sul crinale che fiancheggia la sponda orografica sinistra del fiume Savio.
Partenza dal cimitero di San Piero in Bagno a cui si approda dalla Superstrada E45. La pittoresca conformazione urbana di questo piccolo centro merita senza dubbio un "excursus turistico". Pur situato in territorio romagnolo ha ricevuto un forte influsso dalla secolare dominazione fiorentina. Ne sono un esempio i palazzi signorili dell'epoca rinascimentale ed anche le architetture più moderne di fine ottocento come la Chiesa parrocchiale e l'imponente cimitero dalle mura in pietra locale sono opera di architetti fiorentini. Ariosa ed avvolta da atmosfere di tempi perduti è la piazza centrale con il favoloso balcone fiorito. Ma la vera chicca sono i ponti settecenteschi che attraversano il Savio ed il Rio.
This itinerary offers a combination of routes that takes place on the ridge that flanks the left orographic Bank of the river Savio.
Departure from the cemetery of San Piero in Bagno to which you land from the E45 Highway. The picturesque urban conformation of this small town deserves without a doubt a"tourist excursus". Although located in Romagna, it received a strong influence from the centuries-old Florentine domination. An example of this are the stately palaces of the Renaissance era and also the most modern architectures of the late nineteenth century such as the parish church and the imposing cemetery with local stone walls are the work of Florentine architects. Airy and enveloped by atmospheres of lost Times is the central square with the fabulous flowered balcony. But the real gem is the eighteenth-century bridges that cross the Savio and Rio.
