Versailles Palace is beautiful.But I liked much of the garden.Area near the palace was full of tourists. The best way to dispel the crowd was rent a bike and pedaling everywhere.Perhaps, anyone with money can build another palace like Versailles.But the big garden with huge trees planted along trails, would need some hundreds years of dedication ...While admission to visit the Palace was 18 euros, strolling in the garden was free.And there was long waits to buy tickets, get audio translator and finally visit each compartment.I went by subway to Versailles. But the next time, I would try bike from Paris downtown.
