Monte Sant'Angelo (Montagna Spaccata) e piu' precisamente il "Castagnaro", rappresenta per i bikers napoletani uno dei track piu' frequentati per potersi allenare, infatti dopo aver percorso sull'asfalto circa 5-6 km dalla zona dell'Arenellaci si trova sulla sinistra una curva che porta ad una via, che conduce in un tratto sterrato, da li' inzia la vera e propria salita, che è abbastanza impegnativa fino allo scollinamento dell'eremo, dov'è presente un cancello che non permette il passaggio alle macchine e moto, poi si va un po' avanti esi vede una chiesettada li' è possibile notare di fronte Carney Park(Base NATO) ed il Monte Barbaro. Dopo se si vuol continuare si scende verso una strada sempre sterrata, che conduce fino al Monte Barbaro.
