Parcours typé XC de 12km.J'ai decidé de m'attaquer au pentes du Tanneron à la recherche de jolis singletracks.Je suis parti du Collège A. Camus, en commançant par passer sous l'autoroute.J'ai pris un chemin mi-goudronné, pour un ascension d'une demi-heure jusqu'aux résidences du Grand-Duc.J'ai pris à gauche le DFCI qui fait la jonction entre les DFCI Grand Duc - Barbossi pour ensuite démarrer le DFCI des Fenouillers pour une nouvelle demi-heure de montée jusqu'à la route de Tanneron D92.Commence enfin la descente par un singletrack paralelle au DFCI du Grand Duc.Arrivé au croisement du parcours découverte, j'ai pris le singletrack découverte côté Cannes, puis une remonté le Grand Duc pour aller chercher la deuxième moitié du singletrack découvertecôté Var.Redescendu à l'aire de Picnic des parcours du Grand Duc, je suis allé attrapper le singletrack du Chêne Vert qui rejoint le DFCI plus bas.Puis retour engagé dans les "S" jusqu'à la voiture.
Compter une heure de montée sur 6km et 400m de dénivellé jusqu'à la route de Tanneron, avec des pentes régulièrement à plus de 10%. C'est un bon entraînement cardio, mais en terrain dégagé.La descente dans les singletracks des parcours "découverte" est très sympa avec des points de vues magnifiques sur la côte, la mer et l'Esterel.Attention: le domaine de San Estello a été racheté par un milliardaire libanais, et le bas du DFCI de Barbossi est fermé ainsi que la "moitié" de la colline.nota: les framboisiers sont très agressifs, et attrappent les mollets !:-)Photos: See all pictures and videos from Mandelieu - Grand Duc - XC
