Dovrebbero essere sui 1200m di dislivello lunghezza, 45 km, ma ripeto si parte al mattino verso le 09:30 da piazza xx settebre Dronero, strada asfaltata sino a san Damiano macra, poi su verso il colle Del Birrone, da Pallo se non ricordo male inizierebbe lo sterrato, poi tutto in cresta tra valle maira e valle Varaita sino a al santuario di Val Mala e qui siamo gia da un pò sulla strada dei cannoni, arriviamo al bivio per lemma e prendiamo direzione Villar san Costanzo, arrivati a Villar tutto asfalto sino a Dronero.Nulla toglie che volendo se tardiamo o altri problemi accorciare di 10 km più o meno scendendo dal monte san Bernardo per Rocca Bruna e poi Dronero.Naturalmente pranzo a sacco, punti d'acqua San Damiano M., Pagliero, santuario val Mala, Villar.
