Variante che si può combinare con l'itinerario che circoscrive l'isola, che conduce fino all'estremo sud dell'isola da dove godere di un panorama a perdita d'occhio. L'itinerario parte e ritorna al parcheggio in località Cannai, passando per il vecchio Semaforo di Capo Sperone (per raggiungerlo occorre fare un breve tratto di lastricato a ripercorrere in senso inverso per andar via). Subito dopo il semaforo c'è l'unico tratto impegnativo da un pnto di vista tecnico. La gran parte del percorso è su asfalto, ma con bassissimo traffico motorizzato. disegnato da Anfibia per Comune di Calasetta
