Strecke: Schopfloch, Altheim, Haiterbach, Altnuifra, Bösingen, Zinsbachtal, Seewald-Erzgrube, Musbach, Hallwangen, Dornstten, Schopfloch Beschreibung: Keine langen Anstiege, kein besonderer Schwierigkeitsgrad aber dafür immer auf und ab teilweis steile Anstiege, die einen nicht zur Ruhe kommen lassen und der Kondition was abverlangen. Eine wunderschöne Tour am Rande des Heckengäus und im Nordschwarzwald. Anfangs noch schöne Ausblick auf die schwäbische Alb und die Höhen des Schwarzwaldes. Danach viele Abschnitte durch dichte Wälder. Die Tour führt durch einige Dörfer und durch viele Täler: Steinachtal, Waldachtal, Zinsbachtal und schließlich noch das Nagoldtal. Im Waldachtal liegt die im Jahr 1893 erbaute Bösinger Pumpstation mit Stauwehr und 300 m langem Triebwerkskanal, dem Wasserrad mit 6 m Durchmesser ist im weiten Umkreis eine einzigartige Anlage und Industriedenkamal, sie war bis 1991 in Betrieb. Wenige Meter oberhalb liegt die Ruine Mantelberg deren Ursprünge bis ins 11. Jahrhundert zurückverfolgt werden können. Die Nagoldtalsperre auch Erzgrube genannt, erbaut von 1965 bis 1970, dient dem Hochwasserschutz und der Aufhöhung des Niedrigwassers im Nagoldtal. Sie ist neben dem Hochwasserschutz ein attraktives Ausflugsziel für Surfer und zum Baden. Eine Einkehr im Gasthaus Seeheiner lohnt sich. Anmerkung: Wer hauptsächlich Trails fährt, der kommt bei dieser nicht auf seine Kosten. Etliche Abschnitte sind auf Asphalt. Ansonsten überwiegend Forstwege. Die abwechslungsreiche Landschaft lässt die Tour zu einer Toptour werden, die ich mal wieder fahren werde. Ich bin die Tour am 25.05.2013 gefahren.
