Los gehts auf dem grossen Parkplatz vom ehemaligen Landesgartenschaugelände in Marktredwitz. Von dort aus hinauf zum Forsthaus und rein in den Marktredwitzer Forst. Oben angekommen folgt eine Abfahrt nach Bad Alexandersbad wo es dann wieder durch den Wald zur Luisenburg geht. Dort geht es dann immer leicht bergauf. Die letzten paar Höhenmeter haben es dann in sich , auf den steilen Wanderweg geht es dann hoch zum Kösseinehaus und Kösseineturm. Wer mag kann aber auch die Forststrasse hoch fahren, dauert auch nicht viel länger. Rückwärts gehts dann den schönen Downhill nach Schurbach und von dort aus zuerst auf der Strasse und dann Radweg meistens nur noch bergab und gerade aus wieder zurück nach Waldershof und zum Startpunkt in Marktredwitz

Here we go on the big parking lot by former Landesgartenschaugelände in Marktredwitz. From there up to the forester's house and into the Marktredwitzer forest. At the top, followed by a descent to Bad Alexandersbad where it then goes through the forest to Luisenburg. There is then always slightly uphill. The last few meters then have it in themselves, on the steep trail it is then up to the Kösseinehaus and Kösseineturm.
