Diff: BC, BC+Disl: 900mLung: 24kmBellissimo e vario giro alla scoperta delle 75 borgate del vallone Gravio.Da Mocchie tratti di ottima salita su asfalto poi buona sterrata. Una disgressione al sacrario dell'eccidio dei 16 giovani Italiani pochi giorni prima della liberazione porta ai sentieri della Memoria. Discesa su bellissimo sentiero che si tuffa nella fitta vegetazione di media montagna per poi proseguire su asfalto e tratti di sentiero ben segnalati dai percorsi MTB e GTA della zona. Nella nostra traccia GPS 2 errori: 1) in discesa raggiunto l'asfalto a Mollette noi scesi in asfalto a Frassiniere (ottima trattoria), abbiamo mancato il sentiero da provare. 2) dopo Frassinere al ponte noi scesi a Dx invece di stare a sx rientrare a Mocchie evitando così ultima risalita inutile. Visitate a Mocchie la Chiesa e a fianco il suo museo della storia e tradizione, perfettamente e gentilmente gestito dal suo unico e simpatico custode.

A digression to the shrine of the massacre of 16 young Italians a few days before the liberation leads to the paths of memory. Downhill on beautiful trail that plunges into the dense mid-mountain vegetation and then continue on asphalt and it is a path well-marked bike paths and the GTA area. In our GPS track 2 errors: 1) reached the downhill asphalt clothespins we took to the asphalt Frassiniere (excellent restaurant), we missed the trail to try. 2) after Frassinere the bridge we went down to right instead of being left to return to Mocchie avoiding unnecessary last ascent. Mocchie visit to the Church and next to the museum of history and tradition, perfectly and gently run by its unique and friendly caretaker.
