Unsere Saison-Erföffnungstour 2013: Wir starten direkt hinter dem Bauhof in Roßhaupten. Nach ein paar Metern geht es gut steil nach oben in den Wald. Sobald es etwas flacher wird kommen wir an einen schönen Wurzeltrail der uns zum Ende des Waldes führt. Hier geht es dann auf einer Forststrasse weiter. Es geht auf und ab, die Route führt zu gut 80 % über Forst- und Waldwege und ca. 20 % auf Asphalt. Alle Wege sind gut und problemlos zu befahren. Als nächstes gelangen wir an den Faulensee diesen umrunden wir und fahren danach durch Faulenberg auf Asphalt weiter. Nach einer Weile erreichen wir den Hopfensee und fahren einige Zeit auf der Uferstrasse bis es rechts in den Wald hinauf geht. Der Anstieg hat es in sich gut 22 % Steigung auf losem Schotter und kein Gripp, also schieben wir den Rest der Steigung hinauf. Weiter oben trifft man dann auf die Burgruine am Hopfensee. Von hier hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf den gesamten See und die dahinter noch mit Schnee überzogenen Berge. Es geht rasant weiter über den Waldlahrpdfad nach unten. Danach geht es durch den Hopfenwald weiter in Richtung der Alpe Beichelstein. Die Auffahrt zur Alpe geht gut auf Asphalt voran. Unten vom Ort hinauf zur Alpe sind es ca. 100hm. Das Woizn und die Gulaschsuppe schmecken hervorragend. Wir haben Glück, dass wir schon etwas bekommen, da wir noch etwas früh dran sind... Die Alpe öffnet übrigens um 11.00 Uhr. Es geht dann noch ein Stück weiter hinauf und im weiteren Verlauf unspektakulär weiter durch den Wald und später auf Asphalt zurück nach Roßhaupten zum Bauhof dem Ausgangspunkt der Tour. Die angegebene Fahrzeit von 3 Stunden ist wie immer als realitv zu sehen und ohne Pausen. Wer direkt zur Alpe Beichelstein fahren will, der beginnt die Tour einfach in die andere Richtung... :) Touren-Tipp / Empfehlung: Gegenüberliegend bzw. ausgehend vom Standort dieser Tour auf die Alpe Beichelstein, haben wir letztes Jahr die nachfolgend aufgeführten Touren gemacht: Allgäuer Ost-Alpen: Breitenberg Bergstation Allgäuer Alpen: Dürrenberg Alm und Jochberg Allgäuer Alpen: Salober Panorama Tour

Our season-Erföffnungstour 2013: & nbsp; We start directly behind the building yard in Roßhaupten. After a few meters it goes well straight up into the forest. Once it is somewhat flatter we come to a beautiful rooted trail leads us to the end of the forest. It then goes on a forest road. It goes up and down, the route leads to well over 80% forest and woodland paths and approximately 20% on asphalt. All roads are good and easy to navigate. Next we get to the Faulensee this go around we go and then by Faulenberg on asphalt further. & Nbsp; After a while we reach the Hopfensee and take some time on the beach road until it goes right up into the woods. The increase has what it takes a good 22% incline on loose gravel and no grip, so we push the rest of the pitch up. Further up one meets on the ruins of the Hopfensee. From here you have a great view of the entire lake and the behind-covered mountains still covered with snow. It proceeds quickly through the Waldlahrpdfad down. Then it goes through the forest hop on towards the Alpe Beichelstein. The ascent to Alpe progressing well on asphalt. Down from the site up to the Alpe is around 100hm. The Woizn and the goulash soup taste great. We are lucky that we get something that we are still a little early at all ... The Alpe opens the way at 11.00 clock. It then goes a bit further up and the further course unspectacular through the forest and later on asphalt back to Roßhaupten the yard the starting point of the tour. The specified travel time of 3 hours is as always to see as realitv and without breaks.
