So und schon wieder biken gewesen :D Los geht es am Hylligen Born (Ich musste endlich mal das Deutsch Buch bestellen). Immer bergauf in Richtung Klinik Dr.Buchinger. Dann ging es zur Bomberg Allee und bis zum Schlangenweg den fahren wir aber runter und nicht hoch ;) Dementsprechend heißt es wir fahren die Straße entlang bis zum Spelunkenturm hinauf. Oben angekommen nicht über die komischen Koordinaten wundern ich habe dort ne kleine Pause eingelegt und meine Helmkamera installiert. Video zur Abfahrt findet ihr hier: http://youtu.be/VOFqNgBn2NM Es ging den Schlangenweg hinunter (Ich habe 2:10 Minuten gebraucht) und dann die Bombergallee runter. Unten angekommen geht es über die Straße entlang der ganzen Kliniken in Richtung der Erdfälle. Am unteren Erdfall entlang dann zum oberen. Vorsicht: Starke Steigung! Dann beim Stuckenbrock Gasthaus in den Wald und in Richtung Grießemer Berg. Dort dann oben kurz über die Straße und recht wieder in Richtung Wald hier hat man eine perfekte Aussicht über das Tal. Es geht anschließend bergrunter dem GPS folgen und dann wieder bergauf zum Hagener Grillplatz. Kurz durch das Kaff durch und über die Felder zum Golfplatz. Hier dann entlang der Driving Range bergab über Straße (Top Speed 61,8 km/h). Unten in der Kurve dann rechts in Richtung Sieben Quellen/Herlingsburg über den Golfplatz. Achtung Gefahr: Fliegende Golfbälle!!! Dann schön bergab in Richtung Meinte und unten nach rechts dann nächste links über die Brücke und auf der Brücke in einen kleinen Gang schalten und Gas geben und hoch. Dann wieder links zu den Sieben Quellen und die Meinte entlang (Eschenbach). Durch Lügde und hoch nach Großenberg. Über die Felder nach Baarsen und zum Mosterholz an den Hügelgräber vorbei. Danach ein paar schöne Trail ins Tal und unten angekommen durch einen Bach. Das war eine Willkommene Abkühlung. Durch das Dallensental an den Steinbrüchen vorbei nach Lügde zum Grillplatz und dann noch einen schnellen schönen Trail an der Kilianskirche runter.

Then when Stuckenbrock guest house in the forest and towards Grießemer mountain. There then briefly above across the street and right again towards the forest you have a perfect view over the valley. It's then down the mountain follow GPS and then ascend again to Hagen barbecue. Short by the backwater through and over the fields to the golf course. Here then along the downhill road driving range (top speed 61.8 km / h). Down in the curve turn right towards Seven Springs / Herlingsburg over the golf course. Caution Danger: Flying golf balls !!! Then nice downhill towards said bottom and to the right then next left turn over the bridge and on the bridge in a low gear and give gas and high. Then turn left again to the Seven Springs, and the thought along (Eschenbach). By Luegde and go up to Big Mountain. The fields after Baarsen and Mosterholz at the Barrow over. Then some nice trail arrived to the valley and down through a stream. That was a Welcome cooling. By Dallensental to the quarries over after Luegde to the barbecue and then a quick beautiful trail to the Kilianskirche down.
