All this trail - along with the around 30 trails that constitute the entire bike network - has been tracked, in 2012, by Roberto Formato, Franco Fucci and Roberto Napolitano (listed in alphabetical order), completing a work started three years before. The work has been done despite the resistance played by local camorra, dressing the suit of political parties, particularly the Unione Dei Ciucci, which tried to conditionate and to get money our of the work of genuine bike lovers. Unfortunately they have been successful to a certain extent although not impeding us from finishing our job. The work should have been enriched by bike-renting services, bike brochures and guides, event organizations and so on, but most money went into the pocket of politicians. Anyway these routes have survived and you are kindly invited to visit the Partenio Bike Park!
