St. Eustachio - Pasquilio - Mt. Folgorito - Seraveza - Castello Aghinolfi - St. EustachioNejlepší je vyrazit hned brzo ráno, dokud nejsou vedra a nepadají teplotní recordy. To se mi ovšem nepodarilo! 8:30 ... vyrážím smer Pasquilio ... dnes jsem to dal zase o neco rychleji ... 50' rovných!!! Trochu vydýchat a stácím to na Mr.Folgorito což je asi 900 m.n.m. príjemnou šterko kamenitou cestou po vrstevnici. A jde se na to! Porádne chytnout ridítka a rítím se po šutrech dolu po "sentieru" neboli úzké cesticce. Krásný výhled na more a hory a zase po strmých cestickách až do mestecka Seravezza. Mestecko s námestíckem, kavárnami, bary a restauracemi. Pokoukám se, ale kávu si dávám až o trochu dál, ve vesnicce Strettoia. Podstatne klidnejší místo na zasloužené kapucíno a croisaint. Po chvilce zase sedím v sedle svého bajku a šlapu dobít hrad Aghinolfi. To se darí pomerne rychle a ted už jen pár kilometru asfaltu smerem do St. Eustachia.
