Dies ist eine Variante meiner anderen Tour zu den 12 Aposteln. Start der Tour ist der Festplatz in Pappenheim. Bis zu den 12 Aposteln (Felsformation bei Esslingen) folgt der Track dem Altmühltalpanoramaweg. Dieses Stück macht besonders viel Spaß, da man größtenteils auf Trails fährt. In Esslingen wird die Altmühl überquert und nun folgt der längste Anstieg der Tour hinauf zum Solnhofener Zementwerk. Noch etwas weiter und man erreicht den höchsten Punkt der Tour bei einem Steinbruch. Von hier geht dann wieder ein Trail runter zum Solafelsen oberhalb von Solnhofen. Dies ist ein guter Aussichtspunkt. Hier hat man noch mal ein schönes Panorama auf die 12 Apostel, welche wir ja vorher schon befahren haben. Weiter gehts entlang des Hanges und schließlich bergrunter und weiter direkt entlang der Altmühl. In Zimmern kommt noch mal ein letzter Anstieg zum letzten Trail der Tour runter nach Pappenheim. Und schon ist man wieder am Ausgangspunkt angelangt. Hinweis: Die Tour verläuft im Uhrzeigersinn. Am Anfang überlagert sich der Track kurz, hier jeweils links halten, dann fahrt ihr richtig.

This is a variation of my other trip to the 12 Apostles. Start the tour is the fairground in Pappenheim. Up to the 12 Apostles (rock formation near Esslingen), the track follows the Altmühltalpanoramaweg. This piece makes a great deal of fun, as it mostly runs on trails. In Esslingen Altmühltherme is crossed and now follows the longest climb of the tour up to the Solnhofen cement plant. A little further and you reach the highest point of the tour at a quarry. From here a trail then goes back down to Solafelsen above Solnhofen. This is a good vantage point. Here we have again a beautiful panoramic view of the 12 Apostles, which we have previously traveled. Next you go along the slope and finally mountain and down further directly along the Altmühltherme. In rooms again with a final ascent to the last trail of the tour down to Pappenheim. And you're back at the starting point. Note: The tour is clockwise. At the beginning of the track superimposed short stop here on the left, then ride her properly.
