Giro quasi completo del parco della Spina verde, pensato per minimizzare i tratti su asfalto, passare dai principali belvedere e prendere quasi tutte le discese ancora in uso. Il giro arriva fino alle trincee del Sasso di Cavallasca, ed in un punto passa proprio dentro alle trincee (in prossimità della galleria ad U, ora chiusa). Una bella palestra per allenarsi che solitamente non impiega più di una mattina: ci sono salite improvvise, discese impegnative (per chi inizia) e bei boschi. Non guasta neanche la presenza di testimonianze storiche, come il villaggio protostorico e le trincee della linea Cadorna.
Almost one complete revolution of the park of the Green Plug, designed to minimize asphalt roads, passing by the main lookout and take almost all descents still in use. The tour comes to the trenches of Sasso Cavallasca, and at one point passes right into the trenches (in the vicinity of the U-shaped tunnel, now closed). A beautiful gym to train that usually takes no more than one morning: there are sudden climbs, challenging descents (for beginners) and beautiful forests. It did not hurt even the presence of historical, such as the proto-historic village and the trenches of Cadorna line.
