Bellissima escursione circolare con partenza da Campiglia, Telegrafo, risalita su asfalti fino al Bivio Bramapane, Alta Via delle Cinque terre (CAI n.1) fino ad incrociare la provinciale, rientro fino a Volastra per asfalto, discesa a Manarola (per chi è bravo il CAI n.6 tutto a scalinate, altrimenti seguite la traccia). Risalita a Volastra e poi colle del Telegrafo per una tranquilla forestale a mezza costa (tranne l'ultimo tratto bello ripido). Beautiful round trip starting from Campiglia, Telegraph, ski on asphalt up to Bivio Bramapane, Alta Via delle Cinque Terre (CAI 1) until you cross the provincial, back up to Volastra asphalt, descent to Manarola (for those who are good CAI n.6 all stepped, otherwise follow the track). Ski in Volastra and then the Telegraph Hill for a quiet forest halfway up (except the last steep beautiful stretch).
