Einfach losgefahren durch die Wälder südlich der Aare in Solothurn bis Altreu und dann der Aare entlang zurück nach Solothurn... Einige Anstiege mit ganz kurzen knackigen Trails im Wald. Zwei, drei mal kurze Passagen durch hohes Gras...Kurzer Stop an der Aare mit Beine schwenken hilft gegen juckende Beine!;)Wunderschönes Naherholungsgebiet der Aare entlang von Altreu nach Solothurn. In Altreu besteht die Möglichkeit die Aare mit der Fähre zu überqueren (3.- plus 1.- fürs Bike)
Simply set off south through the forests of the Aare in Solothurn to Altreu and then along the Aare back to Solothurn ... Some climbs with very short crisp trails in the forest. Two, three times short passages through tall grass ... Short Stop by the river pan with legs helps against itchy legs!) Beautiful recreational area along the river Aare of Altreu Solothurn. In Altreu is possible the Aare by ferry to cross (plus 3.- 1.- for Bike)
