Espectacular ruta, con ascensos duros y bajadas y sendas con tramos técnicos, a veces no ciclables. El primer ascenso por el GR-86.1, en zigzag con mucho desnivel y algún árbol caído, nos lleva al puerto de Santa Ines (1753 m.)De alli, ya por pista, vamos al alto de las tres Cruces (1899 m)para ya en bajada cruzar el arroyo de Fuentedorra, en busca del rio Urbion, cuya senda descendemos, cambiando de margen en varias ocasiones, hasta la carretera LR-333, que en rápida bajada nos deja en Viniegra de Abajo. Nos desviamos a la derecha en busca del GR-93 que nos lleva hasta Ventrosa. A partir de aquí tenemos una subida, la más pesada del día, por el camino del Cajigal, hasta el cabezo de La Solana, para ya descender buscando el límite La Rioja-Soria. Cruzamos la portilla y descenso rápido hasta Montenegro. Spectacular route, with hard climbs and descents and technical sections paths, sometimes not cyclable. The first ascent by the GR-86.1, zigzag very hilly and some fallen tree, brings us to the port of Santa Ines (1753 m.)
