Salimos del punto habitual (Playa América) y nos dirigimos al barrio de Parada (Nigrán). De allí subimos al Montecastelo, desde donde admiramos unas bellas vistas y tomamos un refrigerio. Luego continuamos para enlazar la carretera que viene de Camos a Vincios. La seguimos un poco y subimos a Chandebrito. De allí nos metimos por la pista que lleva al colegio de Cruz (Camos-Nigrán). Luego ya tomamos la carretera dos Pazos otra vez, dirección Nigrán. De allí al punto de destino. Buena ruta y un día excelente. Disfrutamos del ejercicio, del paisaje y de la compañía. Leaving the usual point (North Beach) and headed to the neighborhood stop (Nigrán). From there we went up to Montecastelo, where we admire beautiful views and take a snack. Then we continued to link the road from Camos winch. Follow it a bit and got on Chandebrito. From there we went on the track that leads to school Cross (Camos-Nigrán). Then we take the road of Pazos again Nigrán direction. From there to the destination point. Good route and a good day. We enjoyed the exercise, the scenery and the company.
