Okruh zacíná od rybníku Vidlák a Vežák ( dobre známých z "Jak dostat tatínka do polepšovny"). Po cervené znacce do Troskovic, odtud sjezd do Dola a dál po cervené až do Prachovských skal, tady si užijete hojne technických úseku, sjezdu prírodních schodu, ale i stoupání. Po prujezdu Prachovskými skalami vyjedete u Turistické chaty, kde za normálních okolností výlety naopak zacínají a také zjistilte, že prujezd je cyklistum zakázán, ale co už...Pak pres parkovište nahoru a kolem hotelu po modré znacce asi tak 4 km až narazíte na kolmo se napojujíci cyklostezku (žlutá). Po cyklostezce pres Troskovice zpet k Vidláku.
