Von Hohenstadt entlang der Pegnitz nach Norden dann zur Maximiliansgrotte und zurück über den Veldensteiner Forst und das Hirschbachtal. Hoher Straßenanteil aber tolle Tour. Haben auch einen kleinen Wasserfall mit eingebaut (dort wo die kleine Holzbrücke ist; der anschließende Trail wird kurz mal sehr steil (da kann man aber auch kurz schieben)...ist auf jedenfall die Mühe Wert. Habe die Tour aus dem Internet...Problem war, daß durch den teils schlechten Empfang der Track teilweise über den Fluß springt. Ohne Karte auf dem GPS wäre so etwas schwierig und sorgt oft für Adrenalinstöße bei der Orientierung. Vor allem dann wenn der Empfang mal schlechter wird. Habe den Track anhand der Karte nachgearbeitet, nachdem ich ihn gefahren habe! ...sollte jetzt passen... Tolle Tour, die auch mit einem normalen Fahrrad fahrbar ist (den kurzen Trail, der kurz in einer linkskurve sehr steil und technisch schwierig wird, kann man ja schieben). Am Schluß empfiehlt sich noch ein kleiner Abstecher mit dem Auto zum Cafe' am Happurger Stausee.

From High City along the Pegnitz to the north then to Maximiliansgrotte and back across the Veldenstein Forest and the Hirschbach. High street share but great tour. Also have a small waterfall with built-in (where the small wooden bridge, and the subsequent trail is very steep short times (but since you can also push short) ... is definitely worth the effort I have the Tour from the Internet ... .Problem was that sometimes jumps through the sometimes poor reception of the track across the river. Excluding map on the GPS so something would be difficult and often causes adrenaline surges during orientation. Especially if the reception is even worse. Did the track based the map refinished after I drove it! ... should now fit ... Great tour, which is mobile with a normal bicycle (the short trail that in a left curve is very steep and technically difficult short, one can push). At the end still recommends a short trip by car to the Cafe 'on Happurger reservoir.
