Diese wunderschöne Tour habe ich "Steak Ride" genannt, weil Sie im herrlich gelegenen Waldcafé bzw. Fritz in Pfullingen auf der Sonnenterrasse endet und man sich wunderbar mit einem herrlichen US Angus Beef Steak ca. 300gr. belohnen kann. Lecker, lecker.... Aber nun zur Tourbeschreibung: Ausgangspunkt ist der Parkplatz von "Metabo" in Nürtingen an der Humpfentalstrasse in Nürtingen. Durch das Humpfenbachtal und den Kirchertwald vorbei an Großbettlingen geht es hinauf nach Grafenberg. Von dort umrunden wir durch den Wald den Florian mit herrlichen Ausblicken über die ersten Weinberge. Nach einem kurzen Stück auf der Verbindungsstrasse von Kohlberg nach Metzingen biegen wir links ab zum Naturfreundehaus Metzingen. Wer jetzt schon Rast machen will kann hier prima Pause einlegen. Was nun folgt ist ein herrlicher Abfahrtsflow durch die Weinberge mit traumhaftem Panoramablick. Wir mussten anhalten und die Aussicht genießen! Dann hinauf zum Glemser Stausee, den wir aber rechts liegen lassen und bis nach Ehningen u. Achalm hinauffahren durch den Wald. Jetzt geht es in großem Bogen hinauf durch Wald und Wiesen, vorbei an Pferdekoppeln bis oberhalb von Pfullingen zum Waldcafé. Zurück sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren, da wir uns mit Söhnen und Freundin dort zum Essen verabredet hatten. Zum Bahnhof Reutlingen sind es etwa 20 Min. Man kann natürlich auch zurück radeln.

To the Reutlingen train station about 20 min. Course you can also cycle back.
