Am Anfang war der Berg Die Tour beginnt auf dem Parkplatz der Realschule in Bodenwerder und geht zunächst noch ein Stück durch ein Wohngebiet zum Waldrand (wer es bis dorthin schafft, hat die Aufwärmrunde schon hinter sich). Links geht es zunächst auf einem Waldweg weiter, bevor Du rechts auf einen Trail abbiegst, dieser führt Dich natürlich bergauf immer weiter zum Kamm. Dort angekommen geht es auf dem Kamm weiter, vorbei am Bodoturm und am Ebersnacken-Turm. Kurz danach verlässt Du den Kamm über einen schönen Trail und streifst den Ort Hohlenberg. Danach kommst Du an einem Kneipbad vorbei, das an heißen Tagen zu einer Erfrischung einlädt. Weiter geht es am Rand des Vogler entlang und über Golmbach und Negenborn zum Burgberg, dort auf den Kamm und weiter Richtung "Forst" und über den Graupenburg nach Reileifzen und durch die "Rühler Schweiz" nach Rühle. In Rühle geht es wie der zurück in den Vogler, aber nur noch am Rand entlang, nach Bodenwerder.
