Die Tour bietet sich vor allem für BOB Fahrer an, Start ist in Gmund, über Marienstein gehts es Richtung Aueralm. Kurz vor der Alm ein kurzes Trailstück bergauf, bis auf die ersten Meter sollte aber alles fahrbar sein... Nach der Aueralm geht es bergab Richtung Söllbachtal und über die Wirtschaft "Bauer in der Au" Richtung Hirschberg. Der H2 vom Hirschberg Richtung Kreuth ist ein technisch unschwieriger Trail (S0/S1), der durch den Untergrund jedoch etwas ruppig ist. Nachdem der Weg in Kreuth endet geht es nach Wildbad Kreuth und von hieraus Richtung Schwaigeralm. Hier haben die Bayerischen Staatsforsten mit ein paar Jungs vom Tegernsee einen Trail extra für Mountainbiker "geshaped" Zuerst gehts es jedoch leicht bergan Richtung Bayralm (nette Wirtin, super Kuchen) Der Trail an sich startet schon etwas eher, unterhalb der Langenaualmen. Zum Trail an sich, tja, Flow kommt eher selten auf, zu gering das Gefälle, zuviel muss noch in die Pedale getreten werden... Kann man mal machen, muss man aber nicht... Zurück gehts durchs Weißachtal über die Wallbergtalstation, Rottach Egern nach Tegernsee zum Bahnhof. Wie immer gilt; Rücksicht ggü. Wanderern, angepasste Fahrweise, angemessenes Material und Fahrtechnik!
