Die Tour beginnt in Pfronten unf führt auf einer Landschaftlich schönen Strecke insTannheimer - Tal vorbei an der Ortschaft Grän ,zum Haldensee . Dort beginnt der schweisstreibende Aufstieg zur Strindenalp bis auf knapp 1700m. Es ist alles ohne Tragepasaschen machbar. Bei der Abfahrt ist zurückhaltung geboten die Wegbeschaffenheit wechselt ständig und auch Wanderer u. nicht selten, auch Kühe werden deine Wege kreuzen. Am Wochenende ist hier sehr viel los da kann es schon mal Ärger mit Wanderern geben. Der beste Zeitpunkt ist unter der Woche.
