Herrlicher Klassiker ins nordöstlichen Karwendel. Anfangs gelassenes Einrollen um dann ab der Rauchstubenalm konstant bis zum "Gipfel" zu fahren. Außer einer 15 minütigen Trail/Schiebestrecke gibt es nur beste Fahrbahnen. Start in Fall am besten von dem ganztägig schattigem Parkplatz - anfangs kurz Asphalt - dann sanftes auf/ab zum Einrollen - an dem Hinweisschild "Walchenklamm" besser in dem kleinen, schmalen Weg reinfahren, ist landschaftlich viel beeindruckender. Rauchstubenalm - Hühnerbachtal mit Fahrt hoch über dem Bach - am Ende des Forstwegs anfangs Trail, später nach einer Bachüberquerung auch kurz Schieben. Scharf links wieder auf einen Forstweg - anfangs sanft, später auch mal steil - am Schluss dann bereits die Hütten mit dem Karwendel im Blick. Hütte mit schöner Terasse und herrlichem Karwendelblick - Achtung, einfache Bewirtung erst sicher, wenn das Vieh auf der Alm ist - bei uns war das Mitte Juni. Abfahrt auf besten Wegen - alternativ kann an einer Weggabelung statt unserem Weg gerade, leicht bergauf auch der gute Weg scharf nach rechts gewählt werden - kommt später wieder auf den von uns gewählten Weg - später kommt man in ein breiteres Tal, wo es ab dort sehr lange sanft bergab geht - Zwischenstop am Forsthaus Aquila lohnt sicher - ab der deutschen Grenze ist der Weg dann geteert. Obwohl ich die Tour schon vielfach gefahren bin, war ich wieder begeistert von der Kombination aus herrlicher Landschaft und sportlicher Strecke.

Magnificent classic northeastern into Karwendel. Initially serene rolling and then from the Rauchstubenalm constant until the " Summit " to drive. Apart from a 15 minute Trail / sliding route, there are only best roadways. Start at best in the case of the full-time shaded car - then smooth up / down to roll in - - quot of the sign & initial short asphalt; Walch Gorge " better pure pass in the small, narrow path, is landscaped lot more impressive. Rauchstubenalm - Hühnerbachtal to ride high on the creek - at the end of the forest path initially Trail, later after a creek crossing and briefly pushing. Sharp left back on a forest road - at first gently, then sometimes steep - at the end then already the huts with the Karwendel in view. Cottage with beautiful terrace and stunning Karwendelblick - Warning, light refreshments only safe when the cattle on the pasture is - here was the middle of June. Departure on best ways - alternatively, at a fork instead of just our way, slightly uphill also the good way to be elected sharply to the right - come back later on our chosen path - later you get into a wider valley, where it there very long gentle downhill - stop at the Forest House Aquila certainly worth - from the German limit is the way then tarred. Although I am the tour already driven many times, I was thrilled by the combination of beautiful scenery and sporting route.
