27.5.2012 Vcerajšie kopce dost pomohli, po rozjazdení sa mi šlo super. Jazdil som prevažne v sedle a snažil sa držat tažšie prevody (ale s príslušnou kadenciou :-) ). Dnes mohol byt nejaký maratón. Na BK som si dal pauzu, zjedol mrkvu a šiel dolu. Cerovku som preletel na 40-20(17), ku koncu 40-15, tažšie som radšej nedával, lebo už takto som to valil. Naštastie nešiel nikto oproti. :-D

27.5.2012 Yesterday's hills enough help, rutted after I went super. I rode mostly in the saddle and tried to hold heavier transfers (but with appropriate cadence:-)). Today could be a marathon. To BK I took a break, ate carrots and went down. Cerovka I flew to 40-20 (17), at the end of 40-15, I'd rather not give harder, because it's how I rolled. Fortunately no one did not go against it. :-D
